The Inclusion Awareness and Training program designed by us at Equal Adventure is designed to enable organisation/staff to work with disabled people and their carers in a safe and delightful manner. This training program is a perfect fit for centre managers, advisers, coaches, instructors and volunteers involved in outdoor activities and will help them break the inclusion barriers and encourage participation in the activities.
The aim of the programme is to:

- Interact with all the participants effectively and efficiently, thereby ensuring the customers have a great time while they participate in the outdoor events, which should leave a long lasting legacy with the customers.
- It also assists to ensure that the organisation is satisfying the legal obligations which are in place.
On the whole, it is aimed to enable an organisation to effectively promote inclusion and use that as a strength that can be showcased.
